I am a Social Realist

Social Realists are popular persons full of energy. They are reliable, well organized and helpful. Traditional values are important to them. Founding a family also plays a central role in their life. Social Realists have a marked social streak. They are always ready to listen to the worries and problems of others and spare no effort when they are asked for help. With empathy and understanding, they can sense what other people need.

Social Realists are always willing to highly regard the strong points of the other person and to excuse that person’s weaknesses. They are the most sociable of all personality types. Social contacts are very important to them. Social Realists find it very difficult to cope with conflicts and criticism - harmony is their elixir of life. Acknowledgement and esteem are very important to this type. Differentiation on the other hand is not necessarily one of their strong points. At work and in partnerships, they are loyal, committed and always there when needed. They find it easy to make friends due to their open, warm manner and they have a large circle of friends. In love, they are faithful and attentive and care for their partners with a great deal of imagination and sensitivity. Social Realists show their feelings openly and honestly. Should a relationship break up, they tend to blame themselves. That is why they find it very difficult to end a partnership even if it has not fulfilled their requirements for some time.

Social Realists are more conservative types. They have a set system of values and rules which is orientated to the prevailing traditions. They prefer clear, structured surroundings and work processes; they find too much change und unrest unpleasant. Their strong points are carefulness and reliability and not so much flexibility and spontaneity. Social Realists are open-minded towards anything new only to a limited extent. But, should one be looking for someone to fulfil a task reliably and exactly, they are the right persons.

Well...... i splurged! that's the most miserable part =( retail therapy is definitely a No No for me, at least for the next few months =(

Stephie bought herself the Paris Hilton handbag ($170), the bling bling necklace from Chomel ($59) and made herself a new pair of Emporio Armani pink coloured specky ($220) =( Will fill u in with the pictures of my purchases soon =)

*sigh* kinda dead broke liao.......

wanna try to recuperate the spendings thru the small gambling session tomorrow evening with my cousins *lolx*

- then i spotted a Chomel clover blink necklace that costs a dear $59 =(

- and i'm supposed to get more shoes cos i only hav a precious ONE left to wear! and a pair of durable shoes for me costs $89 from itti & otto

Prettily Pink-ed

Was in the bus just now, on the way to dinner after work . . .

Suddenly realised i was superly pink-ed today -_-''

Dull pink coloured nails, sweetie baby pink handbag and beautifully pink Coach coin purse =)

But i wasn't in a pink attire hor......haha.....in fact, i was in complete black attire today that made my pinkies stood up so prettily =)

Even this post is cutily pink *haha*

Expensive Quick Lunch

Was so tied up with work today and had to lunch in =(

FYI, per can of Pacific Clams costs $8.80 -_-''

Luckily was able to share it with Shan and Junez =)

That bowl of lunch left me feeling super thirsty the entire day, too saltish! *eeks*

it's just another grouchy day huh? but then, why can't some approaches be made with less harshful tones and expressions? it's not about blending in, it's more of slightly putting up with it than expressing and having a negative impact on the situation.......

*sigh*

a wise friend constantly quotes " For Every Min You Get Upset, You lose 60 Secs of Happiness ". . . . . . . . Since it's a brand new year, i shall heed to that quote and hope for more pleasant times ahead . . . . .

Kitty Visits the Clinic

Was out for lunch today at Lorong Ah Soo, passed by an empty clinic and woohoo! Hello Kitty!!!

Thought clinics are supposed to be kind sterilised from germs or bacteria.....blah blah blah.......

how come stray cats can just lay there, licking it's paws and leaving their bacteria behind in the clinic leh? *rolleyes*

Year 2009 - 1st working day

First working day of Year 2009 started at the end of the week - Friday!

Ha! what more can you expect huh?! one working day and it's off for the weekend =)

Started off the day by getting hearty bee hoon breakfast for Shanshan & Wenwen, and a packet of happy tea for myself >.<

then it was struggle with work, work and work before the weekend......... *snore*

it's still in bonus period, so all of us were busy with this and that all the way till 6pm =(

Are u thinking that i have done all that should for the day???

Nah....... Monday would be more than Hell for me! cos i have urgent surveys to work on, the dreadful spreadsheet i have procrastinated all these while and many more pending stuff to do!!

Just like what Wenwen have said.....*sobz*..........it's back to the usual 5 day work week =(
